点评：Just a genuinely honest review the tickets are very overpriced £13 for a child and £19 for adult. The guide wasn’t a pleasant man at all, tony… he seemed more like he was trying to put us off and make people more anxious and we were met with poor jokes about potentially dying or hurting ourselves, health and safety seemed more of words of dire warning rather than advice and even after ignoring his first few remarks my daughter was eventually brung to tears by his scaremongering. Children who are braving a new already daunting experience like this should feel reassured and safe and it was the total opposite. I myself felt we had made a mistake upon entering, I knew straight away this man was purposely trying to frighten people as he shouted loudly in order to make us all jump at one point and i don’t know if this was an attempt to make it more exciting but for anyone already feeling out of their comfort zone this was just wrong. My daughter asked if anyone had died in the mines and he replied with a big smile on his face YES. He seemed like he was enjoying frightening people. Stories about bad weather causing walls to collapse earthquakes killing us all unexplained noises coming from the caves and a mythical beast that lived deep down and killed children. We turned back at the first cavern and our guide never even noticed. Upon the request of a refund for 3 expensive tickets the women at the reception never apologised or seemed bothered we was met with a flat out NO. Her attitude was appalling even before this when purchasing our tickets upon arrival she couldn’t even crack and smile and treat customers like an annoyance. Thankfully after an email to owners of the company they refunded us immediately and seemed genuinely sorry for our experience, perhaps they aren’t fully aware of the goings on. Either way i would not recommend or return here ever there was another cave further on which has a boat experience combined 👍🏼
