Another highlight was Antony’s cooking demonstration, where we learned how to make fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, followed by a fun evening of squid fishing. He made both activities engaging and enjoyable.
The hospitality on board was outstanding. The food was consistently fresh, delicious, and the kitchen was incredibly accommodating of dietary preferences, which we really appreciated.
Cruising through the breathtaking scenery of Ha Long Bay for three days gave us the opportunity to truly relax and soak in the beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The itinerary struck a wonderful balance between activities and downtime, and we never felt rushed.
