格洛斯特大教堂的点评
点评：An absolutely incredible architectural masterpiece. Honestly, this is a place you should visit.
We visited as a family and were genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, the incredible medieval architecture and the care that clearly goes into preserving this historic building. There is something very special about walking through these ancient cloisters — the atmosphere is hard to describe, but you can really feel the history here.
Entry is free, although donations are very much appreciated and help with the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the Cathedral. The Cathedral also has a lovely gift shop and The Monk’s Kitchen café, where you can stop for something to eat or drink. �

The staff and volunteers were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
And, of course, there is a fun fact that many visitors probably already know: parts of the cloisters were used as Hogwarts in three Harry Potter films — The Philosopher’s Stone, The Chamber of Secrets and The Half-Blood Prince. Walking through these corridors after knowing that makes the experience even more magical. 🪄 �
