点评：Worst customer service ever! I bought four boxes of plates (3 were delivered smashed which is not their fault). I immediately called (had to wait 40 mins to be answered) and was asked to send photos. It’s taken over 2 weeks of countless phone calls (having to wait up to 40 mins each time) and at least 25-30 emails to get these huge boxes picked up from my house as they’re blocking my communal hall and the broken pieces causing danger to my young children. Now Dunelm are refusing to give me a refund as they’ve lost the tracking number they created at their end which I had nothing to do with!!! They have these massive boxes at their depot. Every time you call or email, it’s a different person who says a completely different thing and takes days to get back to you or doesn’t follow through on what they’ve said they’ll do like confirming in writing. This complete farce has wasted hours upon hours of my precious time and caused me considerable stress. If I’m not refunded in the next few days, I’ll have to open a case with my credit card company which will waste even more time. Theoretically products might look nice on the site but it’s really not worth buying anything from this company given the headache they’ll cause you! Avoid
