点评:My family and I came to lost shore canteen last night for the quiz and to get dinner. The experience was less than ideal. We ordered food via the app, after about 10 min someone came to the table to tell us the had "ran out of chicken" so we asked for sausage on the pizza in place of the chicken. After 30 minutes the food arrived and the pizza was not what we had asked for, we spoke to a member of staff who when away to find out why. This member of staff never returned and we later found out just went home ! So we eat the pizza as there was no feedback from the team. After the main we wanted to order dessert, we went to the app and for some reason the desserts were not listed. we qued for 15 min to order at the bar. It then took a further 30 min for the cinnamon dough balls to arrive (after multiple trips to the bar to ask where they were). The "manager" behind the bar just blamed the pizza place, and made excuses that they were busy. However I find that hard to believe as while we were waiting on our order both staff from the pizza place had time to play with sticky toy men, throwing them on the walls and ceiling like 5 yr olds ! I find the service shocking, the managers response less than helpful and over all a very poor experience.
As a side not the quiz was well ran and good fun. Shame about the rest of the experience.
