点评：Originally booked Brittany Ferries Rosslare to Bilbao. 3 days before departure it was cancelled. We had to get back to Spain for a hospital appointment. Booked Rosslare to Fishguard on Stena ( but being operated by chartered Ben my Chree. 24 hours out that was cancelled. Transferred to Dublin Holyhead. Got to check in and that was cancelled.
Stena office staff told me and several drivers to head to Irish Ferries terminal and they would take us. No need for paperwork. Just go. I was dubious. Went into Irish Ferries terminal. No they’d told Stena they were full as one of their boats had been cancelled. Fortunately they had one car space. I booked it.
Others weren’t as prescient and were turned away at check in.
Went back to Stena to complain and process refund. They really weren’t interested, or concerned.
