I believe there has been a misunderstanding. The names printed on the tickets are not our names. We were given tickets under different names, which is exactly why the names on the tickets do not match our identities.
If you check your passenger register for the date and trip in question, you can verify this yourself. You will find my name, Tarik, and my wife’s name, Maha, in your records.
So please check your register carefully before claiming that this review was posted for the wrong company. We know exactly which fast boat we took, and we have the tickets as evidence.
To be honest, this is not about the money for me. What bothers me is the way tourists are treated and the lack of responsibility when a customer raises a legitimate concern. A tourism business should be transparent, professional, and respectful toward its customers.
