The Story Of Emily的点评
点评：We visited as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. It was excellent. This is an expensive day out, especially as the food was expensive but the experience is amazing. In the rectory we were really pleased to find we could handle artifacts and get a feel for Emily’s early life. As a pianist I was thrilled to be able to play the pianos! The journey through the exhibition in the war rooms was absolutely amazing - stunning. It was presented in a way that utterly drew you in. This is a period of history I knew very little about. I was horrified by the events. What an amazing and inspiring woman Emily Hobhouse was - we had not heard of her before and that is a travesty in itself.
Whilst I can see that the restaurant experience added to the atmosphere of the day we would have appreciated some less expensive options or being allowed to bring our own picnic. We appreciated the way that visitor numbers were spread through the day - it was never overly busy or crowded. What an amazing new attraction in Cornwall!
