The Preluna Beach Club的点评
点评：I booked a massage in the spa at the hotel and half a day pass at the preluna beach club. The spa was closed and I was told I must have booked on the wrong day. Finally someone worked out the massages were in a room. I was told to wait at reception. While I waited I observed a lot of chaos and unhappy guests complaining about things. Seemed really disorganised. I waited 45 minutes past my booked time and the masseuse explained that the people booking the treatments massively overbook her and so she is always late. The massage was amazing. I was told to take my coupon to the preluna beach club. They were not interested and waved me in. I had booked a sunbed but there was no system and non free. The sunbeds are touching each other. I sat by the sea which is outside of the club. There is public access to the sea so I didn’t need to book the beach club. The changing rooms are not air con and dirty, smelly. Pool was nice but very busy and small. 3 stars is for the massage.
