The Spa at Cliff House的点评
点评：I was so excited for this spa day at the resort as it was the main reason we came for my birthday.
I opted for the most expensive massage with treatments to help my concerns mainly focusing on lower back pain. 80+ min massage. I stopped it as I basically got a shoulder massage and was asked to roll over. I was very specific about wanting lower back, hip massage so I got zero of that and when I asked the massage just started to get worse so I ended it with actual worse back pain.
So sad and disappointed. They reduced my charge for a $25 min shoulder massage to $115. So not worth that. And I was more than happy to pay the higher amount. Had a facial, $309 and it was ok. Nothing too special. And of course the massage headrest left my face dry and any serum was gone. Asked for some facial lotion to use and nothing was given. Manager was nice but of course the day was booked and they didn't have my mani pedi booked after as requested so I would have to come back and miss the rest of the day we had planned. I don't ever leave reviews but this time we based our short trip for my birthday just to be at this resort and be pampered on our only full day here. So disappointing considering the cost of just the resort. We could have just booked at one of the local spas that until today I really didn't notice that this spa already had 3.8 star reviews
So no the spa did nothing to accommodate nor try to make up for the experience. Actually made it quite uncomfortable to even discuss. Oh and the shower I used to get the horrible smell off was broken. They also just said sorry about that. See attachment as others do not rate this as a great spa

因此，这家水疗中心既没有采取任何措施来弥补我们的体验不佳，也没有试图补救。实际上，连谈论这件事都让人感到很不自在。另外，我用来洗掉身上难闻气味的淋浴器也是坏的。他们也只是道了声歉而已。请参见附件，其他人也并不认为这是一家优秀的水疗中心。
