点评：When I booked this, I thought oh that will be a cute fun thing to do. I don’t really think words will sufficiently capture just how great this experience is. It is outstanding value for money for a start, Sacha is a fantastic teacher who has clearly refined his structure and technique over the years and his passion and skill is evident throughout. Not only is he just a great friendly guy and a font of knowledge about all things Italy and cooking, the 3 sauces we made, and all 3 pasta types, were genuinely some of the best food I have ever eaten. On top of that the wine pairing was very generous. He also took a ton of photos and videos and sent these over with the recipes at the end of the class. Honestly the best thing ever if you find yourself in Rome. Don’t think twice just book it you will be so glad you did.
