点评：This IMAX is a wonderful theater, especially if you sit halfway or further up ~ avoid the low rows (A, B, C, etc.). The picture is marvelous and the sound (12,000 watts!) so powerful you can feel it in your seat, and yet the overall effect isn’t painful or deafening. Our original tickets for The Odyssey had to be canceled because one of the projector lamps burned out. Our disappointment was checked, though, when we were offered a full refund and alternative dates by the theater staff, and these we were able to use at no extra charge. This is exemplary Customer Service and we were most impressed. We drove 4 hours to Indianapolis specially for this experience and based on their handing of a difficult situation (thank you, Seth!), we will be back, and we will recommend the Indy IMAX to our friends.
