大盐湖州立公园的点评
点评：This park isn't for everyone. Activities are pretty much limited to viewing the documentary in the Visitors Center, walking to the water's edge to experience the sights, earthy smells, and feel of the brine flies. It looks like there is a boat tour that I'd wished I'd known about so not sure of the details.
The parking area is interesting. Lots of RVs with what appear to be crusty looking longer term visitors or residents.
I thought the documentary was quite interesting and well worth the time. As long as you have an idea of what to expect it is worth a visit.
I ventured down the road to Black Rock. The road is questionable with lots of potholes so took it slow. There was only one car at the end of the road and as a solo traveler I felt creeped out. Especially with a makeshift memorial someone had set up.
