Poor, bad, awful - none of them do justice…

点评：Terrible doesn’t even begin the explain our experience. We bought tickets to watch the England World Cup match and instead were held in a cramped bar with no air con or ventilation, then ushered into a confined hallway (again no air just heat) to wait for 40 mins whilst the previous event finished! They only opened the doors to the hottest room on earth (literally, the devil would have walked out) 3 mins before kick off!!! But… we didn’t even see kick off because they hadn’t even turned the screens on - finally nearly 2 mins into the match the free ITVX stream started, and the ‘tech guy’ couldn’t even put it on full screen! It then proceeded to glitch and buffer every few minutes... People were rightly getting frustrated and most were leaving after the first few minutes. Not a staff member in sight - just a couple of very inexperienced bar staff (who I did feel sorry for), but it still took over 30 minutes to get a drink. The ‘tech’ staff literally disappeared and abandoned the event. It ruined our night! It ruined the game! Why did the management even think it was a good idea to host two events in the same room with a few minutes in between them!?! We were falsely lead to believe we’d be getting a nice exclusive fan zone experience - instead we were treated like cattle, cooked alive, dehydrated, and denied viewing the match. What kind of venue/business is this?!? Such an infuriating night! I wouldn’t mind but we were using the free venue wifi and managed to get a glitch free stream on our phones - oh, and on full screen, so there’s absolutely no excuse. It just comes down poor management, and that management trying to push profits at any cost by ramming events too close together. We haven’t had an apology or anything to acknowledge the awful night the venue created. Poor, bad, awful - none of them do justice…
翻译：糟糕透顶都无法形容我们的遭遇。我们买了票来看英格兰世界杯比赛，结果却被安排在一个狭小的酒吧里，既没有空调也没有通风，然后又被领进一条闷热的走廊（同样没有空气，只有热气），在那里等了40分钟，直到上一场活动结束！他们直到开球前3分钟才打开那间热得像地狱一样的房间（真的，热得连魔鬼都会走出来）的门！！！但是……我们连开球都没看到，因为他们根本没打开屏幕——比赛开始将近2分钟后，免费的ITVX直播终于开始了，而那个“技术人员”甚至连全屏都调不好！之后画面就开始卡顿，每隔几分钟就缓冲一次……人们开始感到沮丧，大部分人在几分钟后就离开了。现场一个工作人员都没看到——只有几个经验不足的酒吧服务员（我确实挺同情他们的），但即便如此，我们还是等了30多分钟才拿到一杯饮料。技术人员竟然直接消失了，弃场而去！这毁了我们的夜晚！毁了比赛！管理层怎么会觉得在同一个房间里举办两场活动，中间只隔了几分钟是个好主意？！我们被误导，以为能享受到专属的粉丝区体验——结果却像牲口一样被对待，被活活烤熟，脱水，还被剥夺了观看比赛的权利。这是什么场地/商家？！真是令人愤怒的一晚！要不是我们用的是免费的场地Wi-Fi，而且手机上的直播流畅无卡顿——哦，对了，还是全屏播放——我倒也无所谓。这完全是管理不善造成的，管理层为了追求利润，不惜一切代价把活动安排得如此紧凑。场地方面连一句道歉都没有，更别说弥补这糟糕的一晚了。糟糕、差劲、可怕——这些词都无法形容我们的感受……
