Absolutely TERRIBLE first experience. We drove out to this park for the first time because Google clearly says they are OPEN. There was no clear signage, nobody around to tell us where to check in, and no obvious indication that we weren’t supposed to be riding.
We unloaded and started riding because, again, the park was listed as open. When the owner finally approached us, i was more than completely respectful and immediately told her we would leave. Instead of simply explaining the situation like a normal business owner, she was unbelievably rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional.
We were new customers who had never been to this park before. We weren’t trying to sneak in or cause problems. We went off the information THEY had posted on the page she claims she runs (which is wrong on google and facebook). A simple “Hey, we’re actually closed today” would have been enough. Instead, we were treated like we were trespassing criminals.
If you don’t want people showing up when you’re closed, UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE (both are wrong on hours, address and open status. Which was expressed/shown as a form of misunderstanding/communication on my part) and put up some clear signage. It’s really not that difficult.
The way we were treated was completely unnecessary and left an awful impression. There are plenty of places to spend our money where customers are actually welcomed and treated with basic respect while not driving thru a mile of literal garbage before you even unload the machines.
We will absolutely NEVER be returning, and based on this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. And Will quite literally turn every person away from "park". The attitude of the owner alone was enough to ruin the entire experience.

我们受到的对待完全没必要，也给人留下了极差的印象。有很多地方值得我们花钱消费——在那里顾客确实受到欢迎，也能得到最基本的尊重；而且你不必在卸下货物之前先穿过一英里长的垃圾堆。
我们绝对不会再光顾了。基于这次的经历，我绝对不会向任何人推荐这个地方。实际上，店主会直接把每一个想进来的人都拒之门外。光是店主的那种态度就足以毁掉整个体验。
