Superb views along the coast and Jandía Natural Park
Mirador de Cofete的点评
点评：Tuesday 6th February and we visited this small Mirador (viewpoint). We discovered it as we drove from Morro Jable to Playa Cofete.
To get there we drove along an unsurfaced and very uneven track and after about eight kilometres there is a fork in the track, straight on leads to Puerto de la Cruz, taking the right turn, up the mountain, is for Cofete.
The Mirador is located towards the top of the mountain on a bend in the road. There is no advance warning signs to say that the Mirador is there, so it is a bit of an abrupt stop.
There is very limited parking, so it could a matter of luck if there there is space available. We actually found it easier to park up driving back from the Beach.
From here there were superb views along the twelve kilometres of Playa Cofete stretching along the coast and the surrounding mountainous landscape and Jandía NaturalPark.
There are some very impressive scenery to be seen from here so definitely worth stopping here.
