点评:Very disappointing experience. I came to the Camp Nou expecting a proper stadium tour, similar to the ones I have done at other major football stadiums, but in reality you can basically only visit the museum.
You cannot see the pitch, the changing rooms, or the other areas normally included in a stadium tour. I understand that the stadium is currently under construction, but this should be made much clearer before purchasing the ticket. I had no idea about these limitations and entered expecting the usual stadium experience.
I have visited San Siro, Santiago Bernabéu, Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium, Stadio Olimpico in Rome, and other stadiums, and their tours generally include the museum, changing rooms, internal/common areas and, most importantly, the pitch. Here, none of that is available.
The ticket costs €39, which is an extremely high price considering what you actually get. The museum itself is interesting and well done, but it absolutely does not justify €39 on its own.
There is also a so-called “Construction Viewpoint”, where you are supposed to get a view of the stadium and the construction work. Unfortunately, I found this extremely disappointing as well. The view is basically of a stadium that is completely covered in construction work, scaffolding and building structures. From the viewpoint, it barely even looks like a football stadium at the moment. It certainly does not compensate for not being able to actually visit the stadium.
There is also an immersive 360° experience, but I personally found it quite underwhelming. More importantly, a virtual/immersive experience can never replace actually seeing the pitch, the changing rooms and the areas used by the players.
The prices in the official shop are also extremely high, which only adds to the feeling that the whole experience is overpriced.
The biggest problem for me is that I simply did not know what I was buying. I assumed this was going to be a normal stadium tour, like every other major football stadium I had visited. If the ticket had clearly stated that the experience was essentially just the museum, with no access to the pitch, changing rooms or other stadium areas, I would never have paid €39 for it.
The museum is nice, but the overall experience is absolutely not worth the price. If you are thinking about visiting, make sure you understand exactly what is included before buying your ticket.
