Love This Traditional Arcade – But Sadly Not as Good This Year

点评：We have been coming to this arcade for years and have always absolutely loved it. We particularly love that it has kept its traditional, old-fashioned seaside feel with the tickets and prizes, it’s always been part of the fun and something we look forward to when visiting Teignmouth.
Unfortunately this year it feels as though things have slipped a little. The machines don’t seem to be as well maintained as they have been in previous years and the choice and quality of the prizes isn’t what it used to be either.
The biggest issue for us however is the decision to put so many rubbish bins inside the arcade itself. There must be around 5–10 of them and the smell coming from them is absolutely awful, cigarette waste, dirty nappies and general rubbish. When you’re inside trying to enjoy the arcade, it’s extremely unpleasant and particularly with lots of children around it feels unhygienic.
For years there was simply a bin outside, which seemed to work perfectly well. I really don’t understand why there now needs to be so many bins throughout an enclosed family arcade. Please consider moving them back outside.
It’s such a shame because we genuinely love this arcade and don’t want it to lose what has always made it special. We really hope the owners take the feedback on board, improve the maintenance and prizes and most importantly move the rubbish bins back outside. It would make such a difference and bring the arcade back to the lovely experience we’ve enjoyed for so many years.

真是可惜，因为我们真心喜欢这家游乐场，也不希望它失去一直以来的特色。我们衷心希望经营者能重视我们的反馈意见。改善维护工作与奖励机制，最重要的是把垃圾桶重新挪到室外。这样就能带来显著改善，让这个游戏厅重新变成我们多年来一直享受的那种美好场所。
