Village Vacances Valcartier的点评
点评：I was really disappointed with our stay at the camp ground at Village Vacance. The biggest disappointment was to find how squished the sites were together. Our first night some young girls started blowing by up air mattresses at 10:00 at night , well within curfew (so complaints weren’t warranted) but our Atlantic bodies were well into bed and trying desperately trying to sleep. There was literally a small hedge between us effectively making it so we were sharing a camp site with complete strangers (including the power and the water). We had a similar experience with a new family the next night who at least tried to keep their kids quiet. We will likely never come back again even though it is relatively convenient for access to the waterpark but I really don’t appreciate being sardines. The waterpark closes at 5:00 and there was no real activities for kids other than a movie and a pool.
The waterpark itself is as to be expected. Long lines. Lots of people. Resort like prices.
We were rained out in the last 30 minutes with a pretty intense thunderstorm. As an English only speaking person (especially in high stress like that) I didn’t feel like I got information in a timely manner. I started packing myself up because I saw the sky and was preparing for end of day. I heard the whistles going and people moving but wasn’t instructed until much later as what they wanted me to do. We had rented a cabana so I was unsure if I should stay there or run through the storm to the main building.
Having had the experience we are a one and done family.

最后30分钟时，一场相当猛烈的雷暴来袭，我们被雨困住了。由于我只会说英语（尤其是在这种压力极大的情况下），我觉得自己没能及时获得所需信息。看到天色突变后，我就开始收拾东西，准备结束当天的行程了。我听到哨声响起，也看到人们在走动，但过了好一会儿才有人告诉我该做什么。我们租了一间小屋，所以我不确定自己是应该待在那里，还是冒着暴风雨跑去主楼。
有过这次经历后，我们一家决定再也不会来第二次了。
