Rude and inflexible.
Beach Club Vale do Lobo的点评
点评：Unnecessarily rude and inflexible. We were a party of 4 (two ladies and our late teen daughters) considering a day by the pool. Security staff blocked us as we approached and we explained we were considering a visit in a few days time and we wanted to pop up the stairs to see what it was like. We are told no. Security gruffly conceded that ONLY ONE OF YOU can take a look. I thought he was joking. (Except he was not saying so in a light, relaxed way). I went over to the reception desk next to explain to them that we’d like to take a quick look (expecting a smile and a gesture up the stairs) but they too met us with inflexible, moody faces and asked if we had a reservation. So I again explained we just intended a quick look at things. To which she suggested one of us could do so. I was incredulous. What did they think we were going to do? Bolt in different directions as soon as we reached the pool area?! We were mostly intending a pool day for our daughters’ enjoyment and would be spending quite a sizeable amount of money on day out had we done so - so we thought it reasonable that our party of 4 all be able to decide if we fancied it!? I was truly dumbfounded by how rude and inflexible they were. So unnecessary.
翻译：态度极其粗鲁且死板。我们一行四人（两位女士和我们十几岁的女儿）正打算在泳池边待一天。当我们走近时，保安拦住了我们。我们解释说我们打算过几天来，想上楼看看情况。他们却拒绝了。保安粗声粗气地说，只能有一个人进去看看。我以为他在开玩笑。（但他语气一点也不轻松随意。）我走到旁边的接待处，向他们解释说我们只是想快速看一下（我以为他们会笑着示意我们上楼），但他们也一脸不耐烦地看着我们，问我们有没有预订。所以我再次解释说我们只是想快速看一下。这时，她建议我们其中一人可以进去。我简直难以置信。他们以为我们会做什么？一到泳池边就四散奔逃吗？！我们原本只是想带女儿们去游泳池玩一天，如果真去了，这可是一笔不小的开销——所以我们觉得我们四个人应该可以一起决定去不去才对！他们的态度真是粗鲁又固执，让我大跌眼镜。完全没必要这样。
