Missing an excellent opportunity to offer great day out

点评：We visited this palace. In the morning you can't buy tickets at the entrance gate for the palace only for the park! You then need to show this ticket at the palace ticket office where you will get a rebate off the palace ticket price. Which is a bit ridiculous.
Before we went into the palace we visited the cafe in the small pavilion where they offered a minimal selection of drinks and a choice of 4 baggels bit poor really. This is the only place within the palace and gardens where you can get a Coffee and something to eat. Totally unacceptable really. The company responsible for the running of the palace are missing out BIG TIME in maximising revenue to help pay for the renovations and also offer to visitors a better experience.
Don't expect to see any furnature in the palace except for lots of chairs and the odd table or cabinet in the 24 state rooms. The paintings on all the ceiling and walls are exceptional that all I can say is positive.
The restaurant just outside the palace are making a killing from all the visitors where this could have gone to the palace.
And you CANT TAKE ANY PHOTOS IN THE STATE ROOMS!!! WHY I DONT KNOW
