点评：Overall the experience was awesome. My wife and I went last night for our 2 year anniversary and it was so much fun to get outdoors and do something completely new.
The carts were easy to pedal once they get going, the staff was all young but well trained and professional, and check in was easy.
The experience itself was great but having no water for patrons or beverages to buy if you needed is a problem. It was almost 90 degrees when we started our experience and by the turn-around I was dying for just a sip of water.
My biggest and most alarming complaint with this experience was that I discovered my seat coming off of the rail cart on the way back. One bolt was missing from the four that hold the front plate on and the entire back plate was loose and rattling. These two plates hold the seat on to the rail cart and to discover that was a bit concerning when I was going downhill at a pretty good rate of speed.
