点评：Went with my husband and was looking forward to the day out at the elephant sanctuary.
We got told we would be picked up between 7.30 to 7.45am.
We were up at 6.15am and waited for our pick up outside the hotel for 7.30am so we were on time.
The tour bus had not arrived and we contacted our tour operator only to be told we were booked in for the afternoon slot at 1pm.
We had waited 45 minutes and got up very early for no reason at all.
They had not told us they had changed our time so we got up very early and wasted our time for no reason at all.
We were both angry with how we had been treated and what should have been a nice day out wasn’t, because I felt they did not care about what they had done.
When we finally got to the sanctuary it was very good and worth a visit, so it’s a shame the tour operator let it down by not getting us in at the right time.
