Great Experience Until We Needed a Refund – No Communication

We actually couldn’t fault the park itself The only thing we found disappointing while we were there was how extremely loud the music was, which made it quite difficult at times.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue came when my child was sick during our visit. We had no choice but to leave the park, and we were assured that we would receive a refund due to having to leave early.
We have now been trying to chase this refund for approximately four weeks. Despite contacting them and repeatedly trying to get an update, we haven’t even received an email back or any meaningful response.
It’s really disappointing, because we would have been happy to leave a much more positive review based on the actual experience at the park. However, being promised a refund and then being completely ignored for weeks is extremely frustrating and has left us feeling very let down.
Hopefully someone will finally get back to us and resolve this.
