点评：Be aware of getting an Arcis membership.
Last November I tried to cancel my membership which would expire 12/31/2023.
I told the pro shop and they said their site was down but keep checking back. I did, however more life happened and I didn’t check back as offer as I could have.
Then on 1/1/2024 I was charged again and a higher rate. I was told to call Gregory and we conversed twice and then stopped replying. I called the golf shop and I was told to call and email the PV manager. I did, and left two phone calls and two emails. Then I called the golf shop again and a nice young man took the time to walk me through the process. Thank you!
However since it was after the 16th, I wouldn’t not only have to pay for January. But February also. Wow!! 3/1 they finally cancelled.
I accept part of the blame. However lack of communication and zero notice the rate was going up. Is just wrong. So beware!
I’ve played here since 2008 and just can’t do it anymore. I just feel taken advantage of.
