点评：My son and I had a wonderful experience at Ağa Hamamı. After a long flight, it was exactly what we needed — a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and very kind, professional staff. We left feeling completely refreshed and rested.
But what happened afterwards made an even stronger impression on me.
I accidentally left my wallet there with my documents, bank cards and money inside. I thought I had lost it somewhere on the way back to the hotel and honestly did not expect to see it again.
The next day, I received a photo of my belongings and a message from Ağa Hamamı telling me that everything had been found and was waiting for me. I cannot describe how relieved and happy I was!
The people working here are not only excellent professionals, but also truly honest, kind and trustworthy people.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful experience and especially for your honesty. My son and I will definitely return if we visit Istanbul again.
