Fun excursion facilitated by Royal Caribbean
Dolphin Discovery Cozumel的点评
点评：This was a solid excursion through Royal Caribbean. The taxi and company were easy to find off the ship and our guide communicated clearly. We were large group of 19 people, ages 5-73, and had to take multiple taxis but the guide helped with the whole process and it was very smooth. From getting off the ship to getting into the water was handled by moving the group through stages that last 10-30 minutes a piece. The younger kids got a little squirmy but overall did fine with it broken up this way.
The trainers were nice and had the dolphins perform about 5 tricks. Each person in our group got to participate in 3-4 of the tricks that also doubled as photo opportunities. One of our group opted out of most of it and the photographer and trainer were not pushy. They asked if we were sure and then moved on.
When it was all over, a beach area and three restaurants were available at no charge. The beach was small and mostly rocky areas but the kids enjoyed the tide pools the rocks created. There was a little shade and seating but mostly things were open to anyone and went fast. The staff were helpful and communicated well. The beach was underwhelming and so that was the four out of five stars. Otherwise, a fun outing.
