I've lost so much sleep over this horrible place.
We were supposed to visit a month ago, and signed up for the experience and paid extra to have them photograph our experience as this was to be our rainbow babies 6 month photos. So we splurged. It was almost $1000 USD. This was a very big expense for us. We were traveling from Edinburgh and hit traffic.
(We are not from this country and thought we gave ourselves an extra HOUR according to google maps.) We told them we were running late TWO HOURS before arrival. They said they couldn't accommodate us if we were more than 15 min late but to "drive safe." I asked it we could shorten the experience. "No." I asked if we could reschedule. No answer. So we got several speeding tickets trying to make it. We were 20 min late rather than 15 and they locked the gates and stopped answering us.
We sat outside of the gates and I cried for 30 minutes.
THEY KEPT OUR MONEY.
