点评：They are liars. Nice website, easy booking - but I don't think they ever intend to provide a 'reliable and comfortable boat shuttle service' as they say they will on their website. They make you believe you are booking that, but throw you own the public shuttle that is chaotic and jam packed. We booked ahead of time online with them because we wanted a 3PM departure rather than the public 4PM departure and the comfort of not being on the public boat. We parked in their secure parking (which was fine) and then were driven to the dock (the driver speed like crazy) and told to wait in the restaurant and the captain would come and get us. 3PM came and went with nobody coming to us or giving us information as to what was going on. 4PM arrives and we find someone to talk to and they tell us we are on the public shuttle and it always goes at 4PM and implied it is the same as the Drake Bay Shuttle. The guy was extremely rude and wouldn't answer me when I asked why we were being lied to and ripped off. If we wanted the public boat, we would have just booked that and paid way less. The public boat ended up leaving at 4:30 - so 90 minutes were just wasted sitting at the dock. What was supposed to be an easy transfer turned into a chaotic mess. We met another couple the next day who had the exact same thing happen to them a few days before - so this is very likely a scam.
