点评:I don't recommend to use the service of Alpy Bus / Alpy Transfers.
I bought a ticket via Omni for transfer from Bourg Saint Maurice for 24 Jan 2026.
The bus should be arrived at 11:40 from the Gare de Bourg Saint Maurice.
I received a detail location attached to the ticket.
Day before departure I asked AlpyBus by e-mail how can I track the bus.
They didn't answer.
In the separate e-mail I also asked to contact me via WhatsApp.
It also was ignored.
On 24 Jan 2026 I received e-mail that the bus will arrive with delay of 15 min
Inspite of that I was at the location at 11:30.
Another man also was on the place began from 11:45. He told me that the bus took him from this place
in his previous trip from Bourg Saint Maurice to Geneve.
About 12:05 I received an e-mail with next content:
"Dear Alexander Katsman, The driver is waiting for you. Please, come to our desk.
Kind regards The Alpy Transfer Team"
It was like kidding because it is no "desk" in Bourg Saint Maurice.
The man that also was waiting for the bus tried to call to there office. After about half of our
he received answer that the bus already left Bourg Saint Maurice.
I took a taxi and paid 450 euro because if I miss my flight I pay for the new flight, hotel and miss
at least one working day.
I contacted to Alpy Bus.
After some weeks Alpy Bus notified me that the driver was waiting in another location in 650 meters
from the origin location.
Alpy Bus agreed that it was mistake of the driver and they said that will refund me,
but I still haven't received any refund. Actually they said after two months in April that
they refund Omni and I should contact them.
I contacted them but their Omni customer service answered that compensation due to delays / disruptions
needs to be handled directly by the carrier (Alpy Bus)".
I contacted again to Alpy Bus on 28 Apr 2026 and right now din't receive answer.
Don't use the Aply Bus service!
