点评：A great experience of this distillery!
Firstly, we had an excellent booking experience, as we rang up with questions before booking.
Upon arrival, our tour guide Lauren, presented a very approachable and cheerful attitude. A local and Swansea University graduate, she gave an expert tour. Lauren combined history of the copper works site and the current use as a distillery. She provided a detailed understanding of the company’s respect for the past in using an historic copper works site. She explained that production today works with local farmers to obtain the grains and manage the unused end products.
Lauren’s ability to provide information in manageable chunks without overwhelming visitors with facts was terrific. When asked questions requiring more depth, Lauren knew the answers.
She was great fun to be around and provided an all around perfect experience.
