Poor service, disappointing first visit
RHS Garden Harlow Carr的点评
点评：Disappointing first visit to Harlow Carr. My 7 year old was looking forward to completing the “Wind in the Willows” trail. Upon arrival I asked the member of staff if there was any further information or map to follow and they seemed uninterested and just said to follow signs.
Play areas were good but small so my child had to wait to go on certain things. Some pieces of equipment were being used by adults even though they were children’s play areas.
Grounds were nice. We made the mistake of entering the garden centre half way around our visit as wanted to see if a plant we had seen in the gardens was for sale, upon trying to exit the garden centre we were then chased and shouted at by a unprofessional member of staff who informed us that we could not gain access back into the gardens and the only way to do this was to walk back to the main entrance. This was despite me showing her our tickets. When we walked back to the main entrance the queue was snaking around to the car park so there was no way we were joining that again. Needless to say we cut our visit short and left. Would not recommend due to the disgusting customer service. The high prices are not worth it.
