点评：We visited SeaWorld Abu Dhabi on our daughter Eva’s birthday, and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff who made her day truly unforgettable.
A very special thank you to Sam and Yoon, who were working at the entrance scanning the QR codes. As soon as they found out it was Eva’s birthday, they immediately made her feel so special. They congratulated her together with the other staff and turned the beginning of our visit into a little birthday celebration. They even asked about her during the day, and by the end of our visit, they had prepared a special gift for her. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it meant so much to Eva and to us as parents.
We would also like to give a huge and very special thank you to Loveness, who was working in the Arctic area near the penguins. She noticed Eva’s birthday badge and went out of her way to make her birthday even more memorable. She arranged a special penguin encounter where Eva had the opportunity to learn more about penguins and even touch one! 🐧❤️ It was an incredible experience and definitely one of the highlights of her birthday.
We would also like to thank the two lovely ladies who brought the penguin, told Eva about it and showed her how to gently touch it. They were so kind and made the experience truly special.
All the staff we met were kind and welcoming, always congratulating Eva and making her feel special.
