Dirty and over crowded, dismissive staff!

Terrible experience at Plaza Premium Lounge Rome.
For a business class lounge, this was extremely disappointing. On arrival, I asked about using the shower and was told the next available time was 9:00pm. My next flight was at 9:10pm, so this was completely useless.
What made it even more frustrating was that when I went to the shower area, the showers did not appear to be in use. I raised this with staff and was simply told no, with no attempt to help or find a practical solution.
The lounge itself was overcrowded, dirty and uncomfortable, with rude and dismissive staff. For a business class lounge, the whole experience was well below the standard expected.
A lounge should offer comfort, cleanliness and basic service before a flight. This offered none of that.
I would not recommend this lounge and would not use it again.
