点评：What an amazing experience! This was my husband and I's first hot air balloon adventure and Nyssa Balloon Safaris made it such a memorable and magical time from beginning to end! We were briefed the night before at our resort and then picked up on time to be transported to the launch site. We met our pilot, David, and went through a safety briefing after having hot tea and coffee. David explained how the launch and landing would go as well as showed us a demonstration on what to expect so there were no surprises. Once in the air, it was such a calm and magical experience. The sunrise was gorgeous, the views were unobstructed from above, and the wildlife was stunning. We saw zebras, wildebeests, hippos, elephants, and even a leopard! After landing, we had celebratory champagne and were escorted to breakfast. Everything was well prepared and delicious. We enjoyed chatting with the other balloon guests that we shared a basket with as well as the pilot. To our surprise, we were even treated with a celebratory cake and song for our anniversary which was so much fun! Before being transported back to meet our safaris guide, we were presented flight certificates which were incredibly made. During the entire trip, we had a designated photographer for the group and we are so grateful for the captured memories that have been shared. Nyssa provided such a welcoming and fun experience and we felt like family. We would definitely book Nyssa again in the future and we highly recommend!
