Absolutely unreal experience you’ll never forget!

点评：If I could recommend one thing to do in the Serengeti, it would be a hot air balloon safari with Nyssa. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had and something I'll never forget. From start to finish, everything was so well organised and ran exactly as they said it would on their website. I hadn't dressed warmly enough for the early morning (completely my fault!), but the staff were so kind. They let me sit in the warm jeep while I waited and kept coming over to update me on what was happening and where we were going, which I really appreciated. On the drive to the launch site, our driver even stopped so we could watch and take photos of a lioness walking past with her cubs. He didn't have to do that, but it just showed how much the team wanted everyone to have the best experience possible.
The balloon flight itself was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing the Serengeti from above as the sun was coming up was just incredible! The bush breakfast afterwards was amazing and such a lovely way to finish the morning. Every single member of staff was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared about making the experience special.
This really was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me, and Nyssa made it even more unforgettable. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!
