点评：dangerous and rude staff. State it’s a 4 hour trip, you are only at the pit stops for 5 mins, they rush you around a lot. We were on a 6 seater buggy and our brakes failed, it failed on a sharp bend luckily there was nothing coming so we swerved into the road, if there had been a car we would of had a head on crash, or caused a pile up. When arriving back we asked to speak to the manager, we were laughed at and pointed at by staff, they repeatedly blamed us for using the break too much, although the tour guide was driving at extremely high speeds and constantly telling us to catch up, therefore we had no choice but to use the break. The staff did not want to hear us out, they got the mechanic who also did not care what we had to say and blamed it on the fact that we have “no buggy driving experience” he said that because it’s a larger buggy it needs to be driven differently, we were not informed about this but they still continued to blame us even thought we were given no information other than how to start it. Avoid at all costs.
