点评：Booked a car hire for 4 days based on reviews on here. The Father and Son team were most accommodating as previous reviews had stated. Really can’t fault them at all. They told us the best place to get petrol to top up the car. The price was reasonable and cheaper in person than booking online via their website. The car is well maintained and did not have any issues at all in that respect. The only issue, and reason for the 3* review is the angry lady that met us when we were returning of the car. We returned the car outside the office, exactly from where we had picked the car up. There are no signs for returns in any other place nor were we told to return to a different spot. An angry woman burst out the office as we were getting out of the car, shouting, “YOU CANNOT PARK THERE! NOT EVEN FOR ONE MINUTE! THIS IS MY BUSINESS, CAN’T YOU SEE!”, to which my wife replied, “this is your car?”. She looked totally perplexed and I showed her the keyring with the company logo. Really a stark difference to the service received when hiring. And a real disappointment to be honest. Everyone else in Crete, without exception, during our holiday have gone out of their way to be nice, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Orion on the experience we had hiring the car. Hopefully this was a one off and a complete misunderstanding on her part!
