点评：We visited as a family of two adults and 16-year-old son. Before booking, I asked several questions on WhatsApp to make sure I understood exactly what was included. I specifically asked, "Just to confirm the child will be free and can order anything, right?" and was told, "Yes."
Based on that confirmation, I expected my son would not be charged the full package price. However, after the tour we were charged the full 4,500 lek adult package for him, even though he is 16 and did not drink the wine.
When I raised the issue, I was told that the child is only free if they do not choose the lunch menu or join the tour. Unfortunately, these conditions were never explained before booking, despite me asking for clarification several times. Had they been explained clearly, I would have made a different decision.
The business did offer to refund the cost of the wine my son did not drink, which I appreciate, and they apologised for the misunderstanding. However, I was disappointed that the key booking conditions were only explained after the visit.
I do want to say that our tour guide was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the tour enjoyable. This review is not a reflection of her service, but of the communication regarding the booking and pricing.
I would encourage the business to make their pricing and child policy much clearer before customers book, especially for families travelling with teenagers.
