Red Panda Experience!

点评：Me and my boyfriend went as a present from him for my birthday, and WOW!! We're already talking about how worth the money the experience was and have said if we do an experience again, it'll probably be this!
We had an amazing keeper (I am SO awful at names, but I think it was Emma?), who was absolutely lovely and fantastic with the red pandas. We were initially worried that the rain might limit our experience, but the red pandas were unbothered! She showed us the tricks they know, as well as explaining how they are useful for the keepers. You do have to climb down a ladder to get into the enclosure, but this was easy and not very steep/long.
Once inside, we each got given a treat pouch full of fruit to give to the red pandas and told the experience is basically as long as we make it last - you do get given a lot, we had about 45 minutes in there and still had tons of fruit left (which the keeper said she would use for the talk later). We got to get them to do tricks for fruit, then also gave them some bamboo, which they very cutely hold onto even if you are holding it for them. We were warned that they obviously have claws and as such, to be careful, but they take the fruit so gently from your hands with their mouth. I got a few tiny scratches which is to be expected and honestly, I think its quite cool to be able to say they are from a red panda! Our keeper also offered to take pictures which is very helpful when you're overwhelmed by red panda cuteness!!
I just can't rave enough about how fantastic this whole experience was. The price includes admission into the zoo itself too - although its on the smaller side, me and my boyfriend were really impressed. The space was really well utilised to give the most to these animals and we got to see amazing animals UP close, which we often struggle with in bigger zoos!

进去之后，我们每人都拿到了一袋水果，可以喂给小熊猫。饲养员告诉我们，体验时间长短取决于我们自己——水果给得很多，我们在里面待了大约45分钟，还剩下好多水果（饲养员说她之后会用这些水果来讲解）。我们让它们表演一些小把戏来换水果，还给了它们一些竹子，它们会非常可爱地叼着，即使你拿着它们也一样。我们事先被告知它们有爪子，所以要小心，但它们用嘴从你手中接过水果时非常温柔。我被抓了几道小划痕，这也在意料之中，而且说实话，能说这些划痕是小熊猫抓的，我觉得很酷！我们的饲养员还主动提出帮我们拍照，这在我们被小熊猫的可爱萌化时非常实用！
我简直无法用语言来形容这次体验有多么棒。门票也包含了动物园本身的门票——虽然动物园规模不大，但我和我男朋友都非常喜欢。动物园的空间利用得非常好，让这些动物能够得到最好的照顾，我们得以近距离观察这些神奇的动物，这在大型动物园里往往很难做到！
