点评：What a lovely catch-up for our women’s business group we had at Auld Distillery last night. We were very privileged to have a tour of the distillery and hear about their journey. Toni and Rob have shown tremendous grit and determination to get to where they are and need to be commended for their passion and dedication to the spirits industry. With the Auld family farming at Broadlands for 102 years, they have found an excellent way to diversify and provide options so the next generation has a chance to flourish and continue the legacy if they so choose.
The bar is bespoke and the cocktails delicious - unique blends that showcase their products. Predominantly a whisky distillery, they also make gin and it truly is a ‘seed to sip experience’ with flavours reminiscent of the land around them. With polished, sophisticated branding, you will want to keep the bottle!
