Could Have Been So Much Better!

点评：Tonight we had a wonderful 7 course meal prepared by Chelsea's Kings Road Bluebird Restaursnt. Let down by....
Staff: On arrival left waiting at the desk in clear view of staff who were chatting to each other rather than hosting.
Timings: It was clear the first seating had overrun and at 8pm they were still eating. We were given a table clearly meant for 4 people but now split to accommodate two couples extremely close together because the best tables were still occupied by the previous seating. A really poor show and I hated our seating arrangement. No intimate dinner for us then!
Waiters: Courses were initially plonked down by a server with no description at all. A waiter did take over mid way and do the honours.
Wine Pairing: Actually had to ask for it as wasn't always readily offered with the appropriate course.
Apart from the fabulous food, I felt the evening was a let down and your staff need to buck up!

服务员：一开始，服务员把各道菜直接端上来，却完全没有做任何介绍。中途才有一位服务员接手，为我们讲解菜品。葡萄酒搭配服务：实际上我得主动询问才行，因为并不总是能随相应菜肴提供葡萄酒搭配服务。
除了美味的食物外，我觉得整个晚上有些令人失望，你们的员工需要更加努力才行！
