Disappointing experience – service did not match what was agreed
YALA Amazing Tours & Taxi Service的点评
点评：We arranged, through this agency, for a Yala safari for four persons. We had clearly agreed before booking on the safari taking place from 5.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., and the price had been confirmed in writing.
The driver came late and so we did not enter Yala National Park until about 6:20 a.m. We left the park at about 10:10 a.m., which meant that our time spent in the park was only about 3 hours 50 minutes rather than the 6.5 hours that had been agreed.
We were also informed that we would get food and water, but this didn't happen. Eventually we had to buy our food within the park.
After we got in touch with the agency to explain the position and request a fair reduction, rather than taking responsibility themselves, they kept on attributing the delay to other members of other groups.
The real problem isn't the wildlife, since it's clear that it's impossible to guarantee seeing any animals. The problem is just that the service which had been agreed and paid for wasn't received.
