点评:My family of four visited the botanical gardens on a Saturday afternoon. This was my 13yr old's choice of place to visit in Cleveland. We visited the indoor glass houses and then headed out to the outdoor gardens. Inside there is a children's room upstairs with interactive activities that the whole family enjoyed. There were beautiful fairytale themed photographs in the kid's area that used flowers as part of the story.
The map wasn't that helpful and we did get turned around a few times.
Outdoors, we spent a lot of time in the children's garden. My youngest played in the sand pit and watered plants using the water pump. Both kids played for ages in the "mud Kitchen" which was hidden near the pond.
You can see all the parts of the botanical gardens by following along the path outside. There was a wedding occurring in the Japanese gardens so we had to sneak past them to get back to the main building or we would have had to return back the way we came.
There was a parking ramp connected to the building. You have to pay for the botanical gardens and for parking. We really enjoyed our visit but it was expensive for a family of four. I was hoping admission here included admission to the arboretum as well but it did not. We spent about 2 hours there and it was closing when we left.
