点评：I would have given this experience a higher rating as my family and I had a great time on our charter on August 10. However, when my family tipped the crew at the end of the trip they complained, gave a dirty look and said “That’s it? That’s for all of us? It should be 15%?” First thing, we were all speechless hearing that they were asking for a certain amount of tips. No where on the contract did it say we are expected to tip a certain amount. Secondly, we were told we were going to go snorkeling and fishing and we didn’t even get those experiences during our trip. Because of that we will never recommend this trip to anyone going Mexico. I’m very disappointed with how they dealt with that. Also please don’t advertise all the different things we will be doing on this trip if you’re not going to take us there. Family members brought their own snorkeling gear for this trip and didn’t end up using it.
