We decided to go on Mother's Day since our daughter is in LA. Right after starting, my wife felt nauseous and dizzy and had to stop on the 1st obstacle. I attempted to turn back, but the girl at the starting point told me I had to complete the 1st few obstacles to get back to her. When I got back, we took our gear to the main office and explained what happened. The woman was not accommodating and told me she would offer a voucher to my wife, but NOT for me, since I started the course. Not for a second did anyone ask if my wife was ok, did she need medical attention, or ice, as it was 92° + out.
I explained the situation, and she didn't care. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a manager, and she advised me that she was the manager. I asked for her superior, and she said she was the only person to talk to. She wrote a customer service email for me to reach out to someone above her. I did write a detailed email to that email to get it returned, but the email was incorrect. Don't waste your time, they only care about your money and couldn't care less about someone's health.
