Great stay, will return AGAIN!
Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Spa的点评
点评：We returned here for our second trip into the region as the first stay had been a good one. We arrived on a rainy evening. Emily at reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a wedding reception taking place and the hotel reception was decorated beautifully, it was a lovely scene to walk into, coming out of the rain.
We had the same Privilege room, so it felt almost like home! Krishna at the bar where we had our dinner was helpful. It was great to see Aziz the next morning at breakfast and he remembered out preferences. Ursula was very kind in getting us our poached eggs and making sure we knew we had not been forgotten.
Sara at dinner in the bar on the last night was great, and she remembered our preferences from our last stay.
Our stay was lovely, we felt at home and we will return when we are next in the area.
