点评：We booked the Glacier Landing Tour at Sheep Mountain Lodge, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, this was one of the most incredible experiences of our entire Alaska trip.
Our pilot, Mark, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the glaciers, Chugach Mountains, and Matanuska Valley, and his passion for Alaska really came through during the entire flight. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and gave us such fascinating insight into the landscape we were flying over.
Landing on glacier was already a dream come true, but having such a personalized experience made it even more special. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we captured amazing photos and even suggested creative photo ideas we would never have thought of ourselves. Having a knowledgeable pilot who can also help capture those once-in-a-lifetime moments is something you simply don’t get on a typical large-group tour.
The lodge staff were also incredibly accommodating, warm, and sweet. We had lunch and hot chocolate at the restaurant afterward, and everything was delicious. ☕️
And if you’re considering the tour, I would highly recommend staying at Sheep Mountain Lodge as well. The area is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by the most incredible Alaskan scenery. It’s the perfect place to slow down and really take in the beauty of the area.
If you’re visiting Alaska and are on the fence about booking this tour — just book it! 🚁🏔️ Whether you’re traveling with family, celebrating something special, or simply looking for an unforgettable adventure, this is an experience I would recommend without hesitation.
Sheep Mountain Lodge is truly a hidden gem, and the combination of the breathtaking scenery, wonderful staff, and an incredible pilot like Mark makes this experience one of a kind. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️
