⚠️ WARNING: Fake Reviews and Zero Customer Integrity – Juneau Tours & Whale Watch
Juneau Tours & Whale Watch的点评
点评：⚠️ WARNING: Fake Reviews and Zero Customer Integrity – Complete Rip-Off! Do not trust this company (Juneau Tours & Whale Watch) or their perfect online rating. They are actively deleting negative feedback to scam tourists out of their hard-earned money. We planned our entire cruise itinerary around this specific tour for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Before boarding, the crew confidently promised us that we would see whales, even bragging about how many whales the previous group had just seen. We were incredibly excited, but our actual trip was an absolute bust—we did not see a single whale. Wildlife can be unpredictable, but the way this company handles it is downright criminal. When we politely asked for a refund since they failed to deliver on what they explicitly promised, they completely refused. Worse yet, when I posted a negative review on their website to warn other travelers, they immediately deleted it. They are actively silencing scammed customers so that only positive reviews appear on their site. This is deceptive, dishonest, and a total fraud. Save your money and book with a reputable company that actually has integrity. This place is an absolute joke. If you want, I can help you find the best alternative public platforms (like Tripadvisor or Google Reviews) where this company cannot delete your feedback, so your warning actually stays online. Let me know if you would like help drafting complaints for those specific sites!
