点评：Cape Charles is a cute little town with good eats and a good local brewery. But, BEWARE the town has set up a speed trap for tourists. It is located as you enter Cape Charles after passing (or visiting) Cape Charles Brewing. We were there is for a family event. We travelled east on Stone Road to the Brewery. The mph on that road is 40. The mph drops to 25 mph just before the brewery but if you are looking to park at the brewery you’re likely to miss the sign — as we did. If you stop in for a pint and then travel east to town the mph is not posted again until you come upon a police officer waiting to clock you in at about 40 mph — now almost twice the speed limit you were not aware of. It’s only about 100 feet or so. I could understand a warning — we’re unfamiliar with the roads. This just felt so deliberate and, yes, cheap.
